How did your story with VEL LEES begin?
We met Krystian, who had always planned to create cubits in the form of a bracelet – and you’ll find the answers in our episodes ;)
What did you feel when you first came into contact with a tensor bracelet?
Monique:
At first, I didn’t notice much. I definitely see things differently from most of humanity. Call me an oddball. I could also put it another way: people call me stubborn. Because I learned everything my own way, not the way I was told to.What stands out in the human world, for example, is that I clearly distinguish between people, animals and Mother Nature. Not at first, but over time. This will become clearer to you soon, once I share my stories.
Take a child. Who tells a child how to learn to walk? Who tells a child how to drink? Who tells a child how to talk? Nobody tells them – it all happens spontaneously.
The same thing happens spontaneously in the animal world and in Mother Nature. Nobody tells the seed of a flower, a shrub or a tree how it should grow. These are all facts, just like the facts about the child I described earlier.
Things change for children as soon as they’re sent to school, which is compulsory. It would be better to give children their own education at home rather than have them raised, from a certain age on, by many other people. Because all those other people have an enormous influence on a small child.

What does the word “stubborn” literally mean? A unique way of seeing and dealing with things – so you DON’T want to follow the crowd, but you want to discover, do and experience everything your own way.

It improved my well-being and strengthened my whole body.Have you noticed any change in your life, your energy or the way you see the world since you started wearing it?
Monique:
Not from day one. I’ve noticed that the longer I wear the bracelets, the more things change in my life. For me, it works like this: the longer I wear them, the more mature I become.You could compare it to wine, cognac or whisky. The longer these three drinks age in the right conditions, the more mature and full-bodied they become. My energy levels sometimes jump sharply. But my body, mind and soul – in fact my whole being – get time to acclimatize. If I feel the need to go out into the garden, I do, but if I feel the need to relax, I rest.
That might mean I’m especially active for three days, and then the fourth day is a day of rest, a day of sleep. Then I can go to bed in the middle of the day and fall asleep, so that my whole being has time to keep acclimatizing calmly.
Here, too, I can make a comparison with a good wine.
Decanting wine is the process of carefully transferring wine from the bottle into a decanter. It’s done for two reasons: to separate the sediment (the lees) and to let the wine breathe by exposing it to oxygen. The result is a clear wine with no bits, and the flavor can become softer and more complex thanks to the oxygen, especially with young, powerful wines or old wines.
Why decant?
Separating the sediment: over time, sediment (residue) forms in the bottle, especially in older wines. Decanting separates this sediment, so only clear liquid ends up in your glass.Let it breathe: once poured into a decanter, the wine comes into contact with oxygen. This process can release and soften the aromas and flavors, making the wine taste less intense and harsh. It’s especially beneficial for young, powerful wines.
How to decant?
Preparation: the day before, stand the bottle upright so the sediment settles at the bottom. Careful pouring: slowly and carefully pour the wine from the bottle into the decanter. While pouring, hold the bottle over a light source so you can see when the sediment approaches the neck. Then stop pouring. The result: the sediment stays in the bottle, and the clear wine flows into the decanter.In the end, the same thing happens to the human body when it goes to sleep. Without sleep, this whole process (cleansing / “decanting”) couldn’t take place in a person.
Holistic energy:
Given that I’ve been working on a holistic approach to people, animals and our garden for much longer, this is the ideal jewelry for me, bridging the gap between the spiritual and the physical realms. Thanks to VEL LEES, I got rid of my helper syndrome and became more assertive. Here, too, I can let go. Especially when it comes to the emotional side.Thanks to the bracelets, I can let go of everything I used to do. Before, I was incredibly driven and often overstepped my own boundaries, but also other people’s – that’s tied to helper syndrome.

Yes, over time I notice the bracelet’s effect getting stronger and stronger. For me, my thoughts become clear, my visualization has sped up, and my energy has risen a great deal on every level.Which VEL LEES product is closest to your heart, and why that one?
It’s not one VEL LEES product that’s close to me. There are several. I can’t make it any more than that. There are people who are happy with one VEL LEES product. Here again, my stubbornness comes to the fore – my own way of putting something on, keeping it with me, wanting to feel it, to experience it.
Because I don’t just need this product or that one – I need this one and that one. Only the complete set and more gives me the extra options I need to function optimally.
It’s said that all you need to function optimally is the following: a complete diet, enough sleep, enough exercise, enough space, enough relaxation. I don’t agree with that at all. It takes much more than just the 5 points described above.
(Note: I know this is about your products, but I also use a product from another company. To be honest, I have to write this, because I’ve been happy with that product for years, just as I take supplements. Compare it to taking vitamin D3 on its own versus taking the right combination, i.e., vitamin D3, K2 MK-7 and magnesium – only in that combination do you get the most optimal effect.)

100%How important is precision – numbers, proportions and perfect dimensions – to you, in what you wear and create in life?
When using electroculture in the garden, it’s very important to keep the geomagnetic antenna laid in the correct direction. The same matters when using and placing a pyramid in the garden. With an atmospheric antenna, it’s also important to keep the correct orientation so that it works properly. If these three points aren’t taken into account, nothing will work properly.
