Promotion rules
Each promotion has its own terms: the size of the discount, the dates and the products it covers. We list them next to the current promotion. A few rules apply almost every time:
- you can usually add one discount code per order, and if codes can be combined, we say so in the terms,
- a code works until the date and time shown with the promotion; after that, checkout will not accept it,
- a percentage discount is calculated on product prices, excluding shipping,
- the free shipping threshold depends on the delivery country, and you will see it in the cart and at checkout.
The full shopping rules are set out in the terms of service.
Codes from creators and partners
VEL LEES works with creators and specialists who have their own codes for their audiences. These codes have separate terms and are not always listed on this page. A code from someone you follow is entered at checkout just like any other.
Where to find new offers
We also show the current promotion in the bar at the top of the store. We write about new collections and subscriber codes in our newsletter, which you can join in the footer of the site.
If no promotion is running at the moment, take a look at our new arrivals or bestsellers. This page will be updated with the next promotion.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find the current VEL LEES discount code?
In the box with the current promotion at the top of this page. We show the same code in the bar at the top of the store.
Does this page list all of the brand's discount codes?
No. We publish selected promotions announced in the store here. Partner codes and newsletter codes have their own terms and reach people through other channels.
The code doesn't work. What should I check?
First, the expiry date and whether the code was typed without spaces. Then check that there is no other code already in checkout, as most codes cannot be combined. If it still doesn't work, write to support@vellees.com with the code and the products in your cart.
Can I add a code after placing an order?
The code is entered at checkout before payment, because that is the only place the discount is calculated. For an order you have already placed, write to support@vellees.com.
Does the promotion cover all products?
