Shipment
The standard procedure for order shipment includes a single bulk shipment of all goods ordered by the Customer from a given order.
The system VEL LEES automatically calculates the delivery cost of the Goods to the Customer, providing the shipping price along with the value of the ordered Goods.
VEL LEES It simultaneously informs that in the case of the Customer placing a non-standard order (weight, dimensions of the Goods), there is a possibility of changing the delivery price of the ordered Goods compared to the price automatically generated by the system VEL LEES (when the actual delivery cost of the Goods, resulting from the courier company's price list, is changed or calculated in a different way than that done by the system VEL LEES) due to the weight or dimensions of the package. In such a situation, a representative of VEL LEES will contact the Customer VEL LEES (via email or phone) to obtain the Customer's acceptance of the changed delivery price of the ordered Goods.
After the VEL LEES purchased goods are shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the details of the placed order, including the type of ordered Goods and their price along with shipping costs. After the VEL LEES ordered Goods are shipped, the Customer will receive information about the shipment to the address provided by the Customer.
The order fulfillment time is the time counted from the next business day following the day on which the funds were credited to the company's account until the order is handed over to the courier company:
- from 1 - 3 business days for standard product orders,
- from 1 - 5 business days for personalized/custom product orders,
- mixed orders (standard product and personalized product) are treated as personalized/custom product orders.
Delivery time for the order:
- Inpost Parcel Lockers: 1 – 2 business days, only within Poland.
- DHL Courier: 1 - 2 business days, only within Poland.
- UPS Courier: 1–7 business days to European Union countries (usually 1–3 business days).
- UPS Courier: 7–30 business days to countries outside the European Union.
VEL LEES informs that during the holiday season (Easter, Christmas), during Valentine's Day, International Women's Day, Black Friday, as well as during other periods of increased order volume, the processing time may be extended – up to a maximum of 14 business days.
