💚 Tensor earrings with prehnite – 925 sterling silver, platinum-plated
Lost Cubit in 925 sterling silver, platinum-plated: tensor ring, butterfly back and plate with ear post. In the center a hand-cut prehnite from South Africa, a translucent green the color of young grapes.
Platinum keeps a cool, silver tone and does not tarnish the way silver alone does. It is a coating, though, so with everyday wear it can gradually rub through on the edges. Underneath, solid 925 sterling silver remains.

Prehnite was the first mineral named after a specific person: Colonel Hendrik von Prehn, who brought it from the Cape of Good Hope at the end of the 18th century. In nature it grows in forms resembling a hanging bunch of grapes, hence the English name grape stone.

The Lost Cubit is a tensor geometry tuned to 177 MHz. The ring closes in a form which, in the tensor tradition, is said to create its own field and to hold the owner's intention.
The emblem of the ROYAL TERRA collection is the octagon, the figure eight, a figure of balance and flow. The platinum-plated version keeps a cool, silver color and does not need cleaning as often as uncoated silver.
