🖤 Tensor earrings with black tourmaline – 925 sterling silver, platinum-plated
Lost Cubit in 925 sterling silver, platinum-plated: tensor ring, butterfly back and plate with ear post. In the center a hand-cut black tourmaline from Himalayan deposits – the protective stone most often chosen in energy work.
Platinum keeps a cool, silver tone and does not tarnish the way silver alone does. It is a coating, though, so with everyday wear it can gradually rub through on the edges. Underneath, solid 925 sterling silver remains.

Mineralogically it is schorl, the commonest variety of tourmaline. Tourmaline is one of the minerals with piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties – under pressure or with a change of temperature an electric charge appears at the ends of the crystal. Most of its esoteric reputation rests on that one feature.

The Lost Cubit is a tensor geometry tuned to 177 MHz. The ring closes in a form which, in the tensor tradition, is said to create its own field and to hold the owner's intention.
The emblem of the ROYAL TERRA collection is the octagon, the figure eight, a figure of balance and flow. The platinum-plated version keeps a cool, silver color and does not need cleaning as often as uncoated silver.
